I believe in the power of good ideas, well told.

Design is my medium, but people are my focus—how they think, feel, decide, and connect. As Head of Creative for Avanade North America, I lead a team of designers who help companies find clarity in complexity. Together, we shape systems, products, and experiences that work beautifully and feel effortless.

My approach is part strategist, part storyteller. I’m not afraid of constraints. I know where to push, when to pivot, and how to find the thread that brings it all together.

I’ve helped transform healthcare journeys, reimagine financial systems, and bring humanity into enterprise technology. I’ve co-created tools like Sprint Zero and The Pitch Team to help teams move faster, think bigger, and tell the right story—before the first line of code.

Outside of work, I’m a painter, a wife, and a tequila connoisseur.  A creative who thrives in change. I’ve learned that empathy and edge can coexist—and that the best work happens when they do.
