We partnered with a global logistics client to define a digital strategy and design a modern, secure, and user-centered application that reimagines their quote-to-cash process and positions them for scalable growth.

A global logistics client aimed to triple its growth but was constrained by legacy systems, fragmented workflows, and limited real-time data visibility. Their existing Flight Management System (FMS) was monolithic, manually intensive, and lacked integration with key platforms, resulting in inefficiencies across finance, operations, and customer service.

Challenge

We partnered with the customer to co-create a future-ready digital ecosystem, beginning with a comprehensive assessment of the quote-to-cash process. Through collaborative workshops across global teams, we identified eight opportunity areas—ranging from automation and intelligent data to user experience and security. These insights informed a phased transformation strategy anchored in agile delivery, cloud-native architecture, and human-centered design.

Custom Application Design: We reimagined the FMS experience with modular, microservice-based architecture and intuitive dark-mode interfaces tailored to user personas like finance executives, operations managers, and track-and-trace specialists.

  • Integrated Ecosystem: Seamless data synchronization between FMS, AIMS, and Dynamics 365 enabled real-time visibility and reduced manual reconciliation.

  • Automation & Analytics: Embedded business logic, predictive analytics, and automated workflows streamlined mission planning, shipment tracking, and financial reporting.

  • Security & Scalability: Leveraging Microsoft Azure’s security DNA, we implemented DevSecOps pipelines, role-based access, and encrypted data flows to ensure compliance and resilience.

Design & build highlights

The initiative laid the foundation for a scalable, secure, and intelligent logistics platform. Early wins included significant time savings, improved employee experience, and a roadmap for $1.6M+ in strategic investment. The customer is now positioned to leapfrog industry benchmarks and deliver exceptional customer experiences through digital innovation.
